Confirmation Policy
- On the same day of a successful booking, the customer receives confirmation receipt through email/WhatsApp
- If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternative slots will be decided mutually and fresh receipt will be generated
- If preferred slots are unavailable, customer may ask for cancellation and get full refund
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made at any time will get full refund of total package cost if already paid
- The booking amount i.e. 91 is non-refundable
Refund Policy
- The refund process is to be initiated on the same day, once the cancellation approve. The amount will be put in the same account used to pay during booking and usually it takes 7-10 days.
